We are introducing Milo, our AI-powered system designed to automate key hospitality operations. The first two agents we are developing are: Guest Agent Handles guest communication by helping generate responses, assist with guest questions, and streamline messaging. Operations Agent Helps automate operational tasks such as reminders, task coordination, and workflow assistance. Additional AI agents are planned for future releases as we continue expanding Milo’s capabilities.
